Marr: Lawver, Annie (1906) ----Source: Butternut Eagle (Butternut, Ashland County, Wis.) 26 June 1906 ----Lawver, Annie (Marriage – 20 June 1906) Smart – Lawver Mr. Ralph Smart and Miss Annie Lawver of Agenda were united in the bonds of matrimony last Wednesday afternoon by Justice F. C. Friedrichs. The witnesses were Clarence Smart, a brother of the groom, and Miss Cathie Lawver, a cousin of the bride. The young couple will make their home in the town of Agenda, where the groom has a farm. The groom is one of the best known young men of this locality and the second eldest son of H. L. Smart, the present chairman of the town of Agenda, while the bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Lawver, also residents of that town. The EAGLE joins with their friends and relatives of the young couple in extending congratulations.
