There is also
a Mr. Hubert Carpenter b.1903 d.1993 (and wife, Della b.1914 d.1975) who
looked after the farm property for my Aunt Ione Fleshman Frame while he was
alive.
There may be others buried there that I have overlooked.
The cemetery is located about one mile up McKowns Creek Road from U.S. 119.
The road makes a slight left turn past a corn crib in front of the main
brick residence which is located on a slight elevation across a small
concrete bridge. Continue on McKowns Creek Rd. past the corn crib ~100 yds.
or so and make a right angle turn. Proceed about 30 yds. (there is an old
red storage barn on the right) and there should be an old gate on the left
and a crude road that curves up the hill about 100 yds. to a knoll where the
cemetery is located.
